Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Frank@leogranderacing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rejected, Lost, or Undeliverable Orders

The customer placing the order is responsible for supplying an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

  • LeoGrande Racing will not be held liable for any packages shipped and delivered to an address, which was not accurately entered during the time of purchase.

Any orders returned to LeoGrande Racing as undeliverable or refused will be refunded once they arrive back to LeoGrande Racing 

  • Shipping fees charged to LeoGrande Racing for the return of the rejected or undeliverable shipment will be deducted from the order refund.

If an order is lost in transit or if an error should occur during delivery then LeoGrande Racing will process insurance with the carrier on that shipment.

  • Investigations can take up to 8+ business days from the time that LeoGrande Racing is notified by the customer of any delivery concerns.

If tracking information shows that an order is marked as “Delivered”, but the customer has not received the package, LeoGrande Racing suggests that the customer allow up to two additional business days for the product to be delivered before opening a claim.

  • If a claim must be opened on an order where tracking information shows that the package is “Delivered”, LeoGrande Racing may require that the customer file a police report about the missing package and provide all relevant information related to the police report to LeoGrande Racing before proceeding with the claim.
  • LeoGrande Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
